This is a PDF instant download file, the Mandala Coloring Book . It's 1432 rather basic black and white 8.5x11in pages to be able to print out yourself. I will have a bunch more of this kind of stuff, not sure about a separate blog/website, as yet--this one is a bit slow, and I haven't otherwise started one. A lot of all the newer products and updated links are on Pinterest , if you'd just like to see the Promotional items (where this is linked), that is directly here .

So, uh, hola. It's been a long time. Long story short, I moved at the end of last summer, with the help of a friend. Disastrous, and I had no idea it was going to be that bad. This move did affect everything, business, personal......my overall sanity. I got out of there as quickly as I could, which was still several months. A lot of bad things out of my control, and I had to lay pretty low and whatnot, couldn't be helped. I even did some delivery driving just to be out, and make some needed money to move. (Please tip your delivery drivers, it's not sustainable work to bring you items, without it, almost no pay.) I did get to move in January, another semi temporary place for about the next year. I've spent the last couple months just trying to get things re organized and on an even keel.

Sigh. Nothing like re learning life lessons that I've pretty much already learned. But, if anything, then, of course, is that I need a better grip on my own personal choices, financial moves, etc, to not have such difficulties going forward. Which means, new products, new directions, inventory, digital items, links, sites, etc. Trying to go as fast as I can, but only so many hours in a day.

The beads are still for sale. I haven't offloaded many of them, as I took down the store subscription from ebay. I still have items, there, but only rotating as a few hundred of everything I have, which is more of the diamond drills, etc, not nearly as many of the beads, until I have the allotted space to post a few more at a time. All the beads are on Bonanza, everything I had of stock. Fire polish, crystals, stones, delicas, etc, I had as a backup there years ago. My newer items are on a different Bonanza store, all the dropship jewelry, perfume, the diamond drills in their entirety, etc. I will not be re opening the ebay store, I am past that, on a different pace. So, Bonanza, my website, links like from Pinterest, and I will re open Etsy pretty soon.

If I have updated links, they will mostly be here, if not on various Twitter / X (new account), links, IG, etc. I really don't have time to typically be posting or showing new products in constant posts. The main website link is also different, please update and look for that, I did change the domain linkage several months ago, and do not have control on any of the content of the original store link; the new one now has a dash in between words.

New products. The above item is an ebook, I have access to many of those of all kinds, coloring, cross stitch patterns, gardening, health, etc, and I will keep adding as I get time. I am still geared to be ordering things direct from China, I just haven't. More diamond art items, some stones, jewelry making pieces, etc, especially during their 11/11 sale. Not as dropship, although I still have that, but as on hand items to immediately purchase from the US. I am still adding dropship, a few from China on the website, but also US only name brand items, that are on Bonanza mostly, too. I am eyeballing some makeup type liquidation things, auction lots, etc, that should start trickling in over the next few months, for Bonanza, at least. And I have an account for items directly from Japan, also in the wings, some of their fabrics, Hello Kitty, food, decor etc, I am chomping at the bit to get started to ship to me, to make available.

Anyway, I may post a few more of these promo links, some of the clothing, decorations, etc are rather cute, and I'd like to see some traction there. Working on a bit better, healthier life, I hope everyone else has been finding their way; easier said than done, I know.

Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-20167011081849853222022-09-23T00:34:00.000-05:002022-09-23T00:34:11.925-05:00Looking for Serious Bulk Bead Buyers, time to close out that part

So. A few images of various beads that are up on ebay, all the time. If you haven't looked, or this caught your eye, it's a few examples. A few things are already moved into some small bulk listings, having hoped to have moved a few things on already. But it's not going fast enough, by far. Starting to really need a few of these older business things to move. If you are interested in the current lots, or any of the glass beads that are already up, this would be the time to purchase. Fire polish, Swarovski crystals, delicas, stone cabochons, pressed glass. Whatever I can sell, needs to go. I will be still keeping or re establishing a few categories, but for now, if it's part of what sells, or an interested negotiation, I'll consider letting it go.

I hope to organize, offer much bigger lots. Unfortunately, where I am, I can't recount and take grouped pics, etc....it's mostly going to have to be what is on ebay already. I can't say I'm interested in negotiating for pennies. A somewhat decent lower price, on perhaps some rather large boxes of beads as a bulk purchase. Good for bead stores, and heavy jewelry making creators. I'm not looking to make deals on small amounts---I want to send bulk boxes out of quite a lot of it, if I can manage. Like in the $500 and up range. I need to see about $3k worth of stuff disappear, as an ideal, in about the next month.

Anything I still have, I will try to keep and still be trying to sell off. The bead selling is over. I will still be stocking some stones. And I will still be selling, in general, US and China dropship, some liquidation lots, Japanese items, handcrafted things as quickly as I can make them.

Since it looks like it's about time to do another physical move. It is what it is. Another long distance trip, in between place, still. To get serious about knuckling down for working and making items. It would be nice to make a dent in the bead inventory, have a few bucks, and get on the road soon. So check out the ebay listings for bead related items.

Other than that, I am also revamping some of my other website things, you may see a lot of things disappear. Trying to get more streamlined and up to date. Grab the stuff when you see it--it could be gone, soon.
Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-9710593456905798212022-09-04T23:06:00.004-05:002022-09-04T23:11:13.917-05:00Pixel Cactus, and another hop, change in work habits and platform

Another little quick finish. Cactus from Pixel Hobby. A one plate design, 4x5", with black frame. So it's all finished and ready to go. This was not a daylight pic, hard to get, right now, so I may redo that. 13 colors, nice little cute add in a Southwest style. It's currently up on ebay .

And, about ebay. I may be not selling on there in dunno, another month or so, have to see how it goes. If so, nearly everything I have is already loaded to two sites on Bonanza, plus a lot of other things on my website, which will be continually getting a revamp. I may reactivate etsy, as well, once ebay is perhaps mostly gone.

The main problem is stress. The last couple years have now been incredibly difficult to keep up with, both on a personal level, and a reseller level; some of the worst of my life. And I seem to be paying for it, now, physically. I need to do a nosedive out of the extreme stress levels, or I'm going to have some severe phsyical symptoms, beyond what already seems to be appearing. Ebay does not cycle for renewal until February, but I don't think I can wait that long; they are my biggest stressor. My website is not in shape that I want, so many China sellers and items have not survived the pandemic, and a lot of the listings are now somewhat obsolete, or taking forever, again, to get. I've been adding some US derived items, or steadier suppliers, working on a new email and site offerings, for some time, and I expect it to take a bit longer, but a lot of the remote China offerings, (including diamond painting kits), will be taken down, and I am not sure which items I may keep, as yet. My new back office app for that is also quite challenging, nothing working there how I would like--and I have tolerated an extreme amount of lack of info, miscommunication, delays, service failures, disrespect etc. that I'm just done with. So I have to manage nearly everything, in a different way. It is what it is. And, about time, that I can start doing more craft projects. I have some small items that are nearly ready to go, before I dive back into some bigger items. I've also bought some inexpensive jewelrymaking supplies, beads, again, to get back into some easy jewelry making; it will be a little bit before I buy more of the quality items.

In the meantime, I've moved....again. Starting to lose track of how many times I've bounced around, this year. And this place is temporary, as well. Not very quiet, and not exactly on my own schedule, which is not ideal. Estimating I will be here a few months though, so I'm trying to make the best of it.

Anyway, I will have another update quite soon, as I'm almost done with a little purple butterfly cross stitch, and I do want to showcase all the finished work, so I'll check in again in a few days. Be well!
Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-37032246191475147132022-06-26T21:51:00.003-05:002022-06-26T21:51:26.366-05:00Christmas Bunnies Pixel Mosaic Finish, another hop, more new things

Christmas Bunnies. A pixel mosaic from Mosaic Magic, Sunrise Crafts & Hobby. A pretty old kit, maybe one of the first of this type of craft to come out. And rather maddening, the pegs have the nubby male end, not the baseplate, as PixelHobby etc, do. So much more difficult, and it was already a rather challenging project. I'd kind of like to see this worked up in cross stitch, I think it would still be adorably cute. This is the finished project only, 4 baseplates, 8x10in design. This kit also had the adhesive foam layer and a foamboard, so those are attached and included. And yes, I know, this is an expensive type of craft. It's up on ebay.

And for those paying attention, an extra boost on getting that done, is that it was started when I was in a period of severe relationship and general life trauma. It's the first project from that era that I've been able to work on and finish. I have more items that are half finished from that time, that I'd like to get a jump on finishing, as I can, a bit at a time; I think I'm ready. At least for the ones I can do....if you know, you know.

In the meantime, I've started adding more US dropship items, getting some items tweaked and ready for Christmas, as yes, it is getting to be that time. Seasonal, holiday items, and general uptick of gift things and cooler weather, back to school, yes. Most suppliers, if the are up and running, and anywhere near at regular time capacities, have raised their prices dramatically. Many are up 15% in item cost, and an increase in some shipping fees. If it seems expensive, it is, and I don't jack up prices.

As well, I am still eyeballing some various China adds to the website. A few different crafts and other type items. It's a little on the back burner right now, as I had to change back office systems, so I'm working on some other things. And in the middle of that, I have moved my stuff again, about 2 hours away from where I was--and I'm still not really confident that it was as wonderful of a move as it was made out to be, and may not last much longer.

I also have an opportunity to purchase some bulk makeup lots, and I would like to do that, as soon as things settle down a little bit. It's actually makeup, some department store type jewelry, maybe some other hygiene care items. It would be nice to keep that in a steady rotation. For now, that will all also be going to ebay. AND, I'm looking at importing some Japanese items. Direct from Japan, fully branded items, including food. I've seen some lovely oriental fabrics and other things that would be my top choice, so stay tuned for that, definitely more towards the fall. I'll have more updates on that, and other winter ideas, as it gets closer. Stay safe--and strong, out there.
Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-65064064416946485762022-05-17T23:24:00.006-05:002022-05-17T23:24:42.355-05:00Flower Unicorn, a move, new things

Flower Unicorn diamond painting. First finish of 2022, for me, good and bad, and a struggle to even get it done by now. Anyway, this is from Diamond Dotz, about 13.5in square, a partial round. Added 2 layers of carnation pink washi tape. It's a little pinker hue than the pic shows, but still little put off by it truly not being more white, to set off the pink more nicely. It's up on ebay now. I will not be adding it or the last/new things to Etsy. Not a fan of that site or it's workings, and for now, not using it.

Mmm. Life has been hard this last year. And, really, rather traumatic, for that reason, I am not inclined to share any of that. It's not anyone's business except mine, as far as explanations, although a lot started to snowball with the loss of my friend last year. The only reason to even mention it, is that I know it affected more of my business service issues than normal. Sorry about that, I think I have a lot of it straightened out, really couldn't be helped. I will still be working on that, while I do have some kinks not straightened out smoothly yet, with life, at the moment.

And I have moved. Several people may notice various addresses, some of that is intentional from some old stalking issues. I've also had a bit of a property dispute, that has been finally been resolved. In the meantime, in the middle of the life upheaval above, I moved out of state. I'm not sure this is just a temporary address for now, so again, a few hiccups, until I am for sure sitting still in a place for a while. This probably isn't it. I don't expect many more interruptions, just in a limbo holding pattern, a couple weeks, and again, working on a bigger move perhaps in another year.

Not much except rambling. The main point, is that I'm back and trying to be on board with both business and personal responsibilities. And these days, a lot of that is to simply work. Feeling rather alone in some things, and I know so many other people are stressing, the way of the world right now. Hard to celebrate good things, at the same time. They exist, one of my best was watching someone I care most for, get sober. Huge shoutout to those doing it, or trying, wanting to. It's an amazing change, so worth it.

So, I'm working. I have several projects in the works, a few cross stitch things, more diamond painting (a black horse from DAC I'm really excited for), a pixel art mosaic for XMAS, it's that time. Most will be small and simple right now, just trying to get finished work up. Remember, I do commissions, on most all kinds of fiber craft arts. I'll expand back to some of the larger pieces soon. I'm also working a bit on revamping my website for new items, including US craft kits and diamond paintings(not much of a price deal, but almost everything out there is available.) I have most of the diamond drills listed on ebay, and also Bonanza, and some perfume and cool stuff there that doesn't work for me for ebay.

That's it for now. I do have several strong changes to implement for the websites over the next few months, but more on that later. I will say, I'm phasing out most of the glass beads completely. Delicas, fire polish, crystals will not be restocked, and I'd like to see them gone quickly. I will have cabs, and other misc women's products, tech, food, taking the forefront, along with the crafts.

Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-47188086058544805352021-10-04T20:11:00.006-05:002021-10-04T20:11:48.640-05:00Mermaid and Friends Finish, Loss of a friend, more hustle

A diamond painting finish. From Diamond Dotz, a kit Mermaid and Friends. The photos looked good, but still look washed out being uploaded, a little more blue tone needed, I think. 55x45cm kit, technically a partial since the woman's body isn't worked. 18.5x14.5 size, edged with shiny turquoise blue green washi tape. Round drills, pinks, purple, coral, blues and a lot of white. Up on Ebay now, will get it to Etsy in a bit.

I plan to have more posts soon, so this will be kind of short. The cycle of life and living has been strange for most, I think. I've had my share of ups and downs of real stress in the past two years, more than my normal. Regular things, pandemic things, health things. I keep thinking I'm on the edge of having nailed some stuff to a nicer pattern, and it always changes. The latest, has been a real doozy. Finally hoping to breathe, and somehow suspecting that I would get caught short again, I've been working really hard all summer with trying to get more of the diamonds listed, cabs etc. I do have all the diamonds, square and round, and Ebay relaxed some rules, so I'm going as fast as I can, already.

And then, overnight, life changed. I chatted with a long time friend of mine on a Saturday night before bed, and Sunday morning never came. 20 years, just over. Perhaps the virus hanging on, maybe just COPD type things, I knew things weren't quite well. But a huge shock to be right now, it's never a really good time. And I usually might not mention things like this, except that it impacts my business and life, greatly. This was my biggest cheerleader, and a bit of constant financial impetus so I could keep going.

Devastating. This impacts the business end of things, as it's been a drain on my personal bills and living situation. Hard to concentrate, which is what I need to be doing, to properly stay afloat, right in the midst of my main Christmas season. It's been a slow start, thankfully and somewhat predictably, but not particularly helpful, either. If you've had your eye on some things, it's a nice time to make some decisions, if you can. I am downsizing most of all the glass beads from ebay, and moving beyond that, so those will not be replenished. That would be the Miyuki delicas, and most firepolish, odd shapes. I will still have a few, certain suppliers meet varied needs that I didn't have before. I will be expanding more of the stone strands and cabs, I still have a lot from China that aren't even up yet. I plan to be buying more for 11/11, if I can, as well as some diamond painting drills and supplies, if I can. I think I've also decided I'm really not a fan of the square drill kits, myself, and may list more of my extras, I prefer the round drill immensely more.

Long story short, I'm hustling. All of my sites are getting as much added inventory up as possible, including Bonanza with some nice perfumes, jewelry, and things I don't really put on Ebay. In the meantime, I'm trying to find some hours to craft, I need that as a solid add to my income now, more than I ever did. I have a cross stitch Stormtrooper in the works, I hope that is next, and my maple pixel mosaic, who knows. But expect a flurry of new crafted items, I'm as busy as I can be. Be well, be safe.

Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-21326467322001348722021-07-05T19:59:00.008-05:002021-07-05T19:59:56.140-05:00Elsa Diamond Painting Finish, More Things Coming

I've been a little discouraged with spotty internet, a little sick, and some family appearing out of nowhere for some assistance. So I jotted off to Hobby Lobby, hoping to use the weekly coupon, which is discontinued! Ended up picking this up anyway, Elsa partial diamond painting, from Diamond Dotz. 17.5x14in fabric, with the design size a bit smaller. The white with gray patterned background, is not worked. Round drills in 28 colors, one is a lovely AB finish. A small video added to IG, as well. I added the blue glitter washi tape. Cute, quick, nice quality, I'll do this one again. You can check ebay and etsy for this. (Side note that on etsy the Pink Goldfish and Red Christmas Bells diamond painting links seemed to be disabled, so here they are again.)

So yes, continually bogged down with changes and things not quite working. I will be focusing more on getting a few things resolved, and a lot more work up, as it's demanded. Not sure how I might be balancing another move in the near future, etc. But whatever. Ebay also reversed gear a bit, unusual, to allow more listings in the craft categories, so I am adding the diamond drills a bit at a time. I do have them all, in both square and round, and plan to keep them stocked, just slow going on getting them added. (Also up on Bonanza, along with many items I do not put on ebay.) I probably can't recover my website email address, and will need to be adding a new one.

In the meantime, as another side note, that there will be some additions, rebranding. I'm doing a good bit of graphics work, and that is an area I'm already familiar with. Given some recent changes in circumstances, I will be opening up the graphics professionally, and making artwork and items available online, and to order. That should be started in the next few weeks. I will have another post when that is running, as well as more finished items.

The main plan of attack is vamping things up a bit. It's about time to get ready for Fall and Christmas---including for you, if you wish to order China items in time. I have a small slew of bead and craft things, diamond painting supplies and accessories that are and will be coming from China, to add. I have more items to go to ebay, some older bead and craft supplies to clear out, etc. Bonanza is where I feel more comfortable with some designer perfume, food, etc, so it's slightly different. The website will reflect more varied women's items, both from China and from the US. And, in the middle of all that, a lot more craft finishes. Much more than of late. I've been steadily working on all this, quietly, already, and some things will change rather significantly, while other items will be steadily available.

Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-48921516902781654542021-02-13T17:11:00.007-06:002021-02-13T17:17:06.138-06:00Santa Hearts Diamond Painting Finish, less ebay, more local shipping

A finish. A diamond painting that I call Santa Hearts. It's a partial, 16+in with the clear and special shape rhinestones. Sparkly, fun, a pretty design that I will make more of. I added the green washi tape on the edges. It's on ebay and also etsy . I bought 3 of these at one time, and I expect to make the other 2, myself. I will keep ordering these, from China, so I can stock more to make and sell, and I'd like to add them to Bonanza, and likely the regular website, when I can get to it. Soon. Unfortunately, it will not be cheap, with the increasing shipping prices. Larger sizes, bigger than this, have to ship priority mail, which is ranging close to $9.

Ltns. I know. It's been an incredibly hectic year. Some good, some not so good. While I will try to be nonpolitical, etc, there is some serious rant here, and it may be offensive. The lack of ability for empathy is astounding. I'll try to keep it brief. Email. Until I saw the protests online, I could not figure out the near death threats, especially on a first hello email, on order statuses. Surely, not just me? China? Assume I'm stupid? No. Not just me, across the board on a lot of small sellers. Threatening my near life and business, over a craft kit. That's nothing close to normal customer service--and it won't be tolerated. And not passing that on to someone else, I could not be responsible for the mental health of that kind of influx. Find manners. Not sure when I will open the emails again, soon, as I am adding more expensive and quality items, so I apologize for those that had real issues. The tracking. Everyone gets an auto email of tracking(check your spam). 17track.net is pretty good for the out of country tracking. Please use it. Tracking is unreliable and slow, even though most orders are correct and arrive. At one point, China orders were at 100 days for delivery, and US orders were about 45. It may go back to that. Have patience. And it is on YOU to follow up with USPS etc, if an order is showing shipped and near or already delivered--that is what they are there for. In the meantime, if you cannot handle waiting, on your own, for long delivery times, and possibly incorrect tracking, that may run into 2 months or more, perhaps you should not order.

And I mean that in all seriousness. Life is not going back to how it was. A lot of this is out of the seller's control. Last year was some of the most harrowing time as a seller, in decades of selling. I've had years to build a few sites, and they all went crazy at the same time. But so did my suppliers. Cancelled, out of stock, late shipping, borders closed, warehouses shut down, or just disappeared. Days that I could barely get through a few orders of the dozens and dozens. Complete exhaustion for months.

It's nice to know that it all works. And zero time for crafting, most all year. But I will need to make some changes, as that pace was beyond any normal capability---while the regular day to day pace is a little too slow. And like most, juggling many things. Small business. This is not corporations, often not even family operations. Most sellers are here because they need this, this is their income and life, as something else was lacking. They've turned a skill or knack into a job to make ends meet, with some business savvy and trying to be fluid. They aren't going away. But life was already hard, maybe balancing illness, special needs family, living out in BFE nowhere with nothing convenient. Usually no hiccups, but small glitches here and there. This pandemic has exacerbated these problems and more. It's great if it seems like there are sellers with no issues, kudos. But many are struggling, trying to keep a smile. Please think outside your own box of priviledge, if this last year has taught you anything. We don't all have the same options, plan B, assistance, to fix some things. Just because you may live within 15 min of a post office, Walmart, can drive, are healthy, have helpers, etc.......doesn't mean many of these sellers do, at all. In the meantime, this has also created extreme strain on whatever WAS normal life. Kids, work, spouses, being at home, less income, food, etc, and perhaps their own illness, immune problems, death, grief, trauma...This has been a time like no other. AND, they don't necessarily owe you all those explanations and transparencies, while you rattle off a nasty email. If anything, especially for women, the bullying, harrassment, cancel culture, outing, stalking, drives them even more protective and underground. I know, without a doubt, this falls on deaf ears, for so many, horrifyingly so, but I would really beg that you think, and sit back and be patient. Almost everything arrives and is fine, most of the time, we are constantly working and trying to make it all work right. We have to, this is what we do....this other stuff is real PTSD type stress and unneccessary strain, clogging the efforts of getting real work done.

Anyway. So. I've been mildly "lucky" that my personal strains have been on the more minimal side, and I have been able to keep that separated rather well, most of the time. So far. However, I do have to re evaluate, again, what is and isn't working, as so many things in the business landscape have changed, and I expect at least half of it to be permanently not returning. That's a lot. My business model, my personal life, my individual needs and goals, have washed away and have to morph a bit more into something different, also protecting from such mayhem panic in some repeat future. First off, my health. Many know I already struggle with some physical issues, and those were not quiet this past year. Excessively at the forefront. I'm struggling to find the right mix of meds, food, de stress balance, etc and it's a battle; some days now I'm starting to win, but many days are lacking. I have to do things that are making this easier. A harder/smarter approach. And if anything, I need it even more than I did before. So I will be concentrating on more streamlined, more effective things. I have changed my ebay store to be smaller. Limits me on how much I can list, so items will be parked on Bonanza and the website if possible, in much greater quantities. I've had enough of some of their treatment, so most everything will at least be on Bonanza, if I can. I will also not be sourcing as many bead items, and what I do, I will be getting from China, direct. The Swarovski crystals are mostly a dead item. I did order some as the sales started, not listed yet, but I won't be buying more. I am not thinking about adding Czech, but probably China, the better ones, at least, to sell as immediately available, along with many of the stone strands and cabochons that I've already started to collect. I do have all of the diamond drills in both sizes, slowly adding and trying to keep that in stock. I also have a few supplies for the diamond painting, and will be adding those as I can get to it. My picture editor was using Flash, so I am needing to relearn some editing, etc, pics will be a bit delayed. In the meantime, my computer died last summer, and I bought a cheap one, only thing I could get. I simply haven't logged in to many apps, etc that I had going, and at this rate, I may need a different computer, as I'm already beating this one to death.

So the main gist is that I will not be selling most of the glass and US beads that are still up now. Those will be replaced with China beads and stones, and some diamond painting and other craft kits from China. My main US craft kit supplier went belly up. The local kits I wanted to add, are not possible. I will be sourcing a few in the needlework category, etc, as I sift past some other items, pretty soon. I'd like to carry a few of the diamond painting kits, but unfortunately, they will have to be small. I do still have a few larger ones, not listed, and I don't the the box shipping is viable. I need to be able to send small ones as 1st class mail, or it doesn't make sense. So that is probably not more than a 30x40cm size. China prices have increased significantly as well, and I don't expect that to stop, along with shipping fees now, and some tariffs. I hope this will ease some things on my health and wallet, and fees, and make this more manageable for me.

In the meantime, this absolutely does not mean I will be selling less. If anything, I need to be selling much more. The outside world is placing more demands on me. For now, I have created and bulked up the China Corner, and sorry, all China things will be going there, it will be unwieldy. But I will be cutting down a bit on the diamond painting kits, and make more room for some other crafts and makeup, shoes, home decor, etc. I've also had access to US dropship for a few years, and I am going to expand that significantly. That gives me more options to add perfume, US brand name designer items, assured genuine jewelry, and food. With delivery times that are about 10 days, most are US lower 48 street addresses for ground shipping, only. Again, look to Bonanza first, for those.

The other thing, is the crafting. I miss it significantly, and it was a solid piece of my business plan. It's the only other thing that comes so directly from my own labor. I was pretty appalled that I could not get a single project finished, out of the stacks of things here. That changes this year, I must have that as part of my business offerings, and for going forward in a few things personally. So expect to see perhaps a few quiet days here and there, and several new projects being added. Don't forget I am open to doing commission work on nearly anything offered. Needlepoint, latch hook, felt kits, diamond painting, cross stitch, beadwork, etc, are all easily doable. I will be adding some options on that, but likely not until next year, as a plug and play request, but it's always available now, if you see or have a kit you would like done up, in nearly any size, from where ever.

That's plenty for now. I should have another diamond painting finished very soon, it's almost ready, so I will have more to add with that update. Stay safe, be well.

Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-35630208460046924722019-11-28T15:41:00.000-06:002019-11-28T15:41:34.423-06:00Out with the Old, in with the New, Big Changes

I am adding some new diamond painting kits for Ebay and also on Bonanza. These will also be added to the shop, more on that in a bit. This is a licensed product produced by Vervaco, Hello Kitty, a partial round 8.75x8.75in canvas kit. This is not a China derived item.

So. There are a lot of changes afoot, please bare with me as things flip flop and I alter the shop and items quite a bit over the next few weeks and beyond, as fast as I can. Generally speaking, this is driven by my health, and market trends, customer issues, etc. For the last year, I have been struggling with minor but painful health issues that have made it extremely difficult to drive working so hard. I can only work from home, as it is, and I do all the work myself. I feel like I have recovered, after a trip to the hospital and some very very quiet days in a no stamina state. But, it's a new normal, and perhaps a few things, I cannot push, like I used to.

The diamond paintings from China have been my biggest hurdle in a problem area with a lack of quality control. I love them, I like working on them, and wish I could still offer them all the time. However, it's difficult with so many bad kits. I will be discontinuing the entire category, as it currently is. This will take a bit, and I think if you follow outside links, they may still work, and that is fine; I am trying to get new selections up before I wipe out everything old. But I will take down the storefront category in about a week. These items will not make it for Christmas, at that time, so it seems like a good time.

I will be bringing the category back. Almost immediately. But it will only have the handful of kits from China I have personally bought to resell, that have been counted and are correct, that I will be shipping(with fees) from the US, to US customers. It's a smattering, it's not meant to be a category option, it will be a small selection, and I do not have physical room to store very many kits, at this point. Just a way to keep a small selection running that are complete and able to ship asap. The other kits available will also be a small selection, but may ease the angst of not having a full range of kits. These will be from needlework designers(see above) who have licensed and packaged their own kits and design conversions. This will come as dropship direct to you items, that I don't see, but am assuming will be well put together, and will take a week to 10 days to arrive, again, shipping fees will be calculated in, it's not cheap in the US.

Other very important changes, that will be happening right away, Dec 1, is that I will stop shipping anything internationally. The site can only be toggled for US shipping, or hand selected countries. The items I am adding, cannot be shipped outside the US. As a matter of fact, most will be only lower 48 and no PO Boxes or APO/FPO, mostly ground shipping. To that end, I will unfortunately have to switch off international orders. Nov 30 is the last day. DPDISCONTINUED is a coupon code that will expire at 11:59 CST to ease issues. It's good for everyone, sitewide, you must enter the code, for 20% off your order.

I am adding many more China direct items, to the site. If no shipping directions are indicated, it's a China item. If it indicates US shipping, this will be sourced from a warehouse in the US. I will continue to browse for many more women's and general home items from China, so that will still grow. But the additions of US items, I will be pushing to add right away. I have been selling them already on the auction sites, for years. Brand name items that you recognize, makeup, craft kits, candles, food and baking, jewelry, all kinds of things. I'm really excited to be able to start offering them on the website storefront itself.

In the meantime, I am adding more items from China, that I have sourced and shipped to myself, and will continue to. I am adding diamond drills that you can buy direct from the auction pages, a little at a time. I have a few more diamond painting kits coming. I also have a large selection of big stone cabochons coming, and bead strands for diy jewelrymaking. I am adding those listings to the stones selections on the website so you can browse and order direct, but many I will be having on hand and ready to ship asap from ebay, including some handpicked odd colors that are not regular stock, and actual pictures of the coloring and patterns. I may post those from time to time, for the new arrivals.

I should be back to emails, soon, that will be back open. Remember, only the one tagged to the website itself. I do not see the ones from the payment processors and random other addresses. I'm working as fast as I can, to fit more into a work style that will work for me. I am still crafting, in rare hours here and there, a few new projects are almost done. It's a little on the backseat until January, when I can settle in some. I am taking commissions on the diamond painting kits, either the ones I am stocking, or anything else you have or would like done, including from China. I also can do that for the other craft kits, etc that I am sourcing, including things like the Bucilla felt Christmas stockings and ornaments, cross stitch, pixel, etc. I am happy to take on commission orders, as I have dropped off some personal obligations and other work, in order to concentrate on website sales. It's been a long time coming.

So, some patience please, and ignore the poor picture quality of my own items(where is the sun, anyway?) as I have been raring to go, on offering a lot of different things. And I am so sorry for not being able to do international sales, perhaps find a US buddy who can hold/ship to you? It's a lot of my customers, maybe something like that would be helpful; only idea I have been able to come up with.

The Red Christmas Bells Drawing diamond painting. Finally finished. Sorry, it was not a sunny day, and we aren't going to have a nice day for about a week. This is a full square, 35x35cm from one of the 3 kits set I got last year. I do still have the other two for now, details were in my FB and they are up online(ships from the US). Now that I have finished this one, if the others aren't purchased, I will dig in and make those, as well, to be offered as finished art like this one. I added the forest green washi tape, looks very light once on the canvas. Sprayed with some gloss sealant. I have put it on ebay and etsy already. This does come in different sizes, you can still go to my shop and order it yourself in bigger or smaller sizes. Remember that it will take about a month to get, from the shop orders. (I have noted that most all XMAS gift type things should be ordered by Nov 25, to ensure delivery in time, not much later will work.)

So, uh, blah. I did get really sick over the entire summer. I was fighting a nagging infection, ended up that I got a secondary infection--from the medicine. I eventually went to the hospital and spent a little time there. It's been a long road to recover, and I'm still feeling a little fragile, not sure if that will go away. I've been taking it a bit at a time, all the important stuff for shipping and packing orders, as a priority. I think I otherwise slept the entire summer, no joke. I am tentatively getting back into my routine, including from having turned most communication off beforehand. I am not sure what it is, younger crafters etc, but emails were outright bullying. Writing an intro email to someone you are looking to help you, that sounds nearly like a death threat, isn't the way to go about it, sorry, and my stress levels cannot deal with that, and a lot of the toxicity of social media.

I hope to have things back on an even keel, including contact for people that have actual problems with the orders. There is tracking assistance all over the web, I cannot respond to everyone asking again for the status, when it's all been sent, or I'd never get anything done. If I get through the emails, it will only be on the TurquoiseRoads one, most all the rest, I never even see, as it is, those filter to junk email accounts from the payment processors and hosting, etc.

Next? Good question. I've now had a couple years to assess what is working and what's not. Dealt with a few family issues that have seemed to resolved finally. My health seems good, except for energy level, and I have to take that into account for what I can get done. And for the first time in a long time, a relationship that may be blossoming into something worth setting aside some time and effort for. Still in a wait and see mode, at my age, I am not keen on rushing anything, and it's been buzzing around for a few years already, only recently becoming more apparent.

All of which means I need to be working smarter. I will be trimming things that seem to be wasteful. I plan to downsize the ebay store when it is due, Feb 1? Most of the beads are not a productive item at this point. If you want beads, this is the time to get them. I will start lumping them into clearance bulk sets as the winter goes along, and moving them into auctions. I do have them on Bonanza as well, but I will try to push as many through on ebay as I can, before going into a smaller storefront. A lot of the US dropship on ebay will also have to come down. Craft kits, threads, etc, will have to come off, probably not even enough space to auction. Those are all on the TR Bonanza, again, you can still find it, but not if ebay is your preferred go-to, at that time.

I will be adding more China produced items in the bead space, ordering direct to have on hand. It's all stuff that populates US marketplaces already. However, I start to hit some issues on where to host items, conflicts on which platforms to use, and I cannot be spending hours every day in doing this. The TR website is set to international shipping, which I cannot flip back and forth on items. I do not want to shut off international customers, that is about half my base. But ALL of the items I have on hand, I will only ship in the US, it's much easier.

So whether that is regular beads, China beads on hand, US sourced dropship, or the crafted items, I don't have a nice place to put all the overflow. I am working on ideas to open another shop, for that. It will only be available to US addresses---and quite possibly, no APO, PO Boxes, or even AK/HI, as many of the dropship will not accept those address formats. Many are shipped by ground methods only. Some of this is exciting for me, as I can add food items, perfume, etc, which I have not been able to offer before. I do not have a firm date to start this, but possibly not until Jan 1.

In the meantime, it's time for a lot of site cleanup, and quiet nights of more crafting, as I hopefully recover a little more strength. (This includes the diamond paintings, as the super hot interest in those has waned a little; I will be cutting several of those slow movers out completely.) I am quite disappointed in not being able to finish projects this year, especially since some are leftovers from last year. I am still working on the birds and maple pixel, ready to pick another type of diamond painting, and a few small cross stitch in the works. Not feeling like I have a lot of time to rest, needing to push so many things forward.

My next update shouldn't be nearly so far, only a few weeks, if that.

A finish I thought I would have ready a while ago. Butterfly and Roses pixel mosaic(non XMAS!) 10x8". 4 plates, 64 colors. I somehow got stuck at the very end, just for the finish. While that happens sometimes, mostly it was because I wasn't feeling well, and just couldn't get that last oomph to get it done. It's up on Ebay and Etsy already.

I sold the pink tiger head diamond painting. I'd like to make another of those, but I really don't want it to be pink, so I am not sure I will order another one. It was fun, so maybe sometime later, pink or not.

In the works? I have a huge pixel of fall birds I would really like to get cracking on. I have a few small Christmas things that keep hanging around in my face, that I will probably shuffle around and work on. I'd like to be fitting in one more non holiday type item soon, perhaps an oriental theme cross stitch.

But, in the meantime, I've been dealing with some serious illness. Not sure if it's really been noted much before, or it was way back, that I am not totally healthy. Chronic illness things that will never go away. Hence, my foray into totally online craft and women things with the auction and website formats. It's how I need to make money--- and how I can work and still take some downtime, as needed. That bears repeating, the flexibility of crafting and working from home, lets me work around many types of scheduling issues. Sorry if it's not always on the customer's timeline. Lately, it's been worse, and I've been more delayed than even I would like, but it couldn't be helped. I've developed a severe secondary issue with my stamina, after being so sick with colds all winter. It's not under control right now, but a bit better.

So---right now, most all of my energy is only on the most critical items. Usually listings and processing orders. And I must, that is my income. Other things will be processed as I can find the energy and strength. (usually resolving itself before I get to it.)

Add to that, shipping times have been extended. I am not sure what happened to the Chinese New Year Festival, but it didn't seem to go that well, on their end. Multiple issues with stock, delays, processing, message responses, etc. Standard regular shipping has now been pushed to 25 days delivery. Ouch. It used to be 12-20. Nothing I can do about that. PLEASE start planning ahead, especially for holiday ordering, this could create quite a backup in October and beyond.

Anyhow, we seem to be at the edge of summer already. I am busy still re-sorting from the Festival, and getting links updated, and adding items in several more categories. I do not expect to do much crafting right now, but with several projects that were almost finished, I hope to have some more updates soon.

Be sure to check out the beads on ebay, I am clearancing a bunch of those out, permanently. Older items that I have decided to drop, probably won't replace. I will have some new items in the fall, to add, but it will be different beads, as well as more diamond supplies and dropship craft items, etc.Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-43428000545410313382019-02-14T00:26:00.000-06:002019-02-14T00:26:43.467-06:00Candy Cane Pixel Mosaic, slow going

I have been working on other things! Another finish, from a couple weeks ago, so the listings are already active for both Ebay and Etsy. Candy Cane pixel mosaic. This is only one plate, 4x5", but it also came with a plastic frame to set it off, so it's ready. Pretty sure I will source another one, in pieces, cute idea, just not yet.

LTNS. I have spent the entire winter going from one cold to the next, including right now. For me, that requires serious rest, in between what I can get done. So I am still behind. You will continue to see several Christmas projects coming out, as I did not get to get them done before Christmas. And well, I think this year will mostly be a continuous Christmas, as those are my best sellers, etc, and it will be upon me before I know it, for this next year. And, I really need to make things work. On the more personal side, I continue to have a few things boomerang and chip away at my energies, that I thought were mostly done.

And, it's been the Chinese New Year. That's been my time to dig in for some serious rework on website items, other listings, research, etc. As the suppliers do not work or respond at all. A few are just now coming back to work, but not that many, and they are swamped. I am still processing orders, including some as custom(the regular listing was gone from them), so please please please be patient. I haven't even had my email up this week, as I have no answers or updates, and no suppliers are answering until now, so, sorry, I will work on that as well. Many listings will change, so please use the search function if you were looking for a specific diamond painting kit, or ring, etc. I will keep the names the same, but many have changed to alternate suppliers.

On that note, all emails etc should only be coming to the website. I do not read or have direct access on a lot of other email accounts(including the payment processors), social media, or even mail etc. It's yahoo as TurquoiseRoads . That's the only one to get you a (mostly) prompt reply and address your issue. Orders, missing drills, tracking, artist removal requests, (at least from my site, I cannot control what China is producing), additions, etc, EVERY THING. Anything else unfortunately may be not seen, appear to be ignored, misrouted, or blocked. I streamline everything to that account only, online, for my health and sanity. Please use it.

In the meantime, omg, I am looking for warmer weather. I hope that will ease a few of my cold issues and my work and productivity. I do have another pixel mosaic in the works, and it's a spring/summer theme! But then I will be right back to XMAS as I ponder a few other quick projects, or not so quick, that are more general in nature.Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-20788006343174496202018-11-09T20:10:00.001-06:002019-02-13T23:23:23.145-06:00Jolly Santa Pixel Mosaic finished

This is a cute one. Jolly Santa, a 10x8in pixel mosaic. 4 baseplates attached to make the picture with the plastic pegs. It should have gone a whole lot faster, but I was surprised with some family arriving in town--for a long stay. I have it posted on Ebay, next week to Etsy if needed.

I will have to take a pause on the pixels, as my diamond painting of the Red Christmas Bells has arrived. It's later than I expected, so I will have to rush to get it done. This is the one that I bought 2 extra, so they are here now, if you haven't checked out the FB page for TurquoiseRoads for the details on how to purchase the ones that are available to ship in the US right now, $23.99. And of course, you can purchase any of the sizes for yourself, on the website here. This is a 35x35cm full square drill, hopefully a smaller, quicker project. I am always open to work on these kits on a commission basis, as well, these in stock, or any that are listed, just like any of my other crafted items.

I had to stop on the Merry Christmas crossstitch text, just not enough time to get it done and make it available. I'd like to give people plenty of time to frame, and it is an odd size, so professional framing might be the norm. I haven't wanted to put it too far away, but, never know.

I did start a new re-do on the Four Seasons cross stitch birds I had up. The Fall and Winter birds had sold. I have made the Fall bird available again, on ebay and etsy, the Winter one will be a few weeks. (I will also be making the Spring and Summer ones again, but they hadn't sold yet.) I won't keep reposting links to previously seen items, though, it kind of clutters this. I also have the Yellow Rose cross stitch up, again, if I didn't mention that previously.

Excited to get some new projects going though, with a couple finishes soon! --It's too cold out already, to be out goofing off.Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-38971395646434995672018-10-06T23:29:00.000-05:002018-11-09T20:14:15.681-06:00Winter Stars pixel mosaic finish

A big finish! Winter Stars pixel mosaic. This came out really nice, I was afraid it would still look rather too pixelated, but just needed to be put together! This is 15x12" and 9 plates of work. 38 colors. It's on Ebay, and I will add to Etsy in short order. Warning, yes these are very expensive, even if I were to source my own supply parts, it's just not a cheap craft.

I have a Santa pixel to start next, and I am working on a complex Merry Christmas cross stitch piece that I will have to be hustling to get done in the next week or so. Busy, busy, sales are bustling, so it's a rush for the next few weeks.

Another older finish, to some extent. Halloween Pumpkin, from Artiste. 5x7" on 16ct white aida, full coverage 2x1 cross stitch. Some partial stitches, and I left off the backstitch, kinda looked cheesy. And wow, did this take a long time. Not just how long I've had it, but the actual stitching, as it's 16ct not 14. And it's all full coverage, and very few of these tiny charts ever are. But I love it, rather stunning for only 3 colors. It's up on eBay and I will give it a little bit before posting to Etsy.

Nothing much on the other pumpkin, the diamond painting. I am still waiting for missing drills to arrive, and have set it aside for now. I may not pick it up again until the spring, to be worked on in advance of next holiday season. I'm going to pick out a Christmas one this week, which will be one with extra kits, to also sell direct once they arrive. This is just on the FB page, as I am not ready to add to the Ebay site until after the main holiday season for me is done.

I also have square diamond drills #310 and #318 already shipping to me. Those will be available in a week, or so. Also, preferably through FB, although I have added to a stationary Bonanza site for those, as it is much slower, and some other perks that eBay doesn't have.

I'd suggest if you've been waiting to place some orders, that you do that soon, for diamond paintings or other items on my shop site. The October Festival in China is Oct 1-7 and they are closed all that time. And from what I remember last year, seriously closed. Nothing happens. Which means you need to order a few days before then, so the order can be processed, sent to the shipping containers, and out to sea, before Oct 1. Some of my suppliers are MUCH faster than others, but of course, you don't know which ones, beforehand..... So, considering that also falls into a weekend, before that, I'd suggest you place orders by Sept 24 or before. If not, it could be 6 weeks before you get your items, as they will be backlogged as well.

In the meantime, the weather has been giving me some fits, but it is storm season and the change into cooler weather. I do hope to have some other finishes posted soon, but with a few of those issues, and it being well into my selling season, there are only so many hours in a day! Be safe out there.Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-91445782732961053952018-08-06T22:39:00.000-05:002018-09-15T00:23:11.006-05:00Poinsettia pixel mosaic, holiday things

So this was my next finish. This is a pixel mosaic, really enjoying these, just wish they weren't so expensive. Possibly I can get materials to make more, a little cheaper. This is Poinsettia, 4 baseplates that come out to 8x10". It's on Ebay as well as Etsy already. I am working on another one already, a winter but not necessarily Christmas one, lots of blue. And I ordered another Christmas one, best chances of selling some of these, for now. I'll branch out into other types as I get into next year.

Holidays. Somehow, this is creeping up really fast. It's been a somewhat quiet, yet furious year of work. And somehow, not ever catching up! So there won't be a lot of holiday crafts from me this year, not much more. Everything I currently have slated in front of me, is about it. And from a selling prospective, for crafts, but even general living, it's time to start thinking about that. As a crafter or seller of them, it's time to be ordering those supplies, if you haven't already. My China items take nearly a month to arrive, so if you are looking at diamond paintings for Halloween and into Christmas, it's time. The winter chill will be arriving in some parts, soon, so I am starting to stock other items, as well, warmer and some party dresses, jewelry, etc. A month to arrive, on average--.

I'm also starting to see about trying to get some beads direct, from China, on hand, and misc related stuff. Not a lot, but trying to see if there is more than a small desire for them. I tend to stay for the higher professional market, but I am getting requests for cheaper beads and smaller packages, so I may see if I can accommodate at least a few things. Only so many things I can expand at a time, until I see more growth, and right now, that is in the spring. In a few weeks, I will only be busy filling orders and trying to get a couple crafted things out the door.

Right now, I have two pumpkin things in the works, I'll show some pics on the next postings, as one is a diamond painting kit that I have 2 of, that are on hand for immediate shipping. (Can check my FB for that info.)

A little late, both on finishing and on posting. Hard keeping up with social media when there is so much to do. And social media is not the most fun place to hang out, of late. Maybe after the next election? But, so here is the Pink Goldfish in Bubble diamond painting. 40x40cm, full square. I added some lavender bubble looking washi tape to the edges, as it was a bit sticky. It's up on Ebay and Etsy, too, already. Fun, I just got distracted near the end with some family issues, and that last mile.....lol.

But, my observations, I think I either like the small partials, or I would need the massively big diamond paintings as projects. I like the small really 3D sparkly look, or it would need to be huge so it looks like a painting, for real. This middle of the road pixel look, loses the effect, I think. And possibly, I just prefer the round drills, not square. So I think I will start ordering some small partials, for me to do and list, quickly. And browse for some massive ones, for later in the year(maybe NSFW? I have my eye on one or two mild ones).

I do also already have some other kits here, and a Halloween one coming, cat and pumpkin diamond painting, but I will save all that for another post. The Goldfish I do still have 2 kits on hand, and the Halloween cat, I will also have extra kits, maybe next week. Please check the FB page in the meantime. I will also post when I have ordered more drills, black 310 in round and square and one of the whites, when I have actually done the order.

Progress is just a little slow. It's been an odd, rambling, hot, summer. And it seems to be ready to ramp up for XMAS. So when things are a little more liquid, stuff will move a little faster. I am still ordering beads, however, you may notice that the name has now changed for sales. Ebay is now TurquoiseRoadsUS, and a few links have been changed. I am merging almost all of the sites and pages together. A few things that are craft related will likely stay separated, as it's not quite as contemporary and such, (eyeroll) as the new manufactured items. I have a page on most social media outlets.

The Yellow Rose cross stitch sold. I do have more supplies, patience, I will list again.

And I do have another finish. A nice one. It's already done, but I will save that for another post.

Sneaking in a finish. This one has been a long time in the making. So much so, that I lost the chart, and had to buy it again. Very small Yellow Rose cross stitch on 14ct white. Just under 5x7in, with backstitching and one blended color in the rose. Happy to have this done, I have a few more like this that have sat for a while. Up on Ebay and Etsy listing will be coming soon.

I am almost done with my Pink Goldfish, so I should have that up here in a few days. It's been fun, not as scary as I though, for a bigger project, or being square. But, I will, absolutely being doing other crafts than just the diamond paintings. I am resolved to get some older projects finished and listed of all kinds. Have to finish the old, to make room for the new, anyway.

I'm also back to buying some beads and other things. It will be a bit different, but I am still keeping some stock, as I can also get some much needed crafting supplies as well--finally. So the beads on ebay will not be disappearing as quickly as you think. Still need a little boost in getting by, will just have to see how long and how well it is working.

Excited. I took on a big(certainly for me, anyway) project, and jumped in. Sticking with it pretty well. This is my Pink Goldfish in Bubble diamond painting. My first square one, I think I like round better, but I've adapted pretty well, not as scary as I thought. And it's 40x40cm(16x16), the largest I have done, and it is full coverage. I was pretty nervous to see the amazing sea of pink drills that were in the package. I had thought there were some more variations in the colors, but not really. I am plugging away, a few hours here and there, this is pretty close to about half done. I would like to have it finished really soon, like a week, and up for sale. I have other projects of diamond paintings waiting, as well as a couple needle projects in the works that are also calling, for a bit of a break. I;m pushing to try to do some items on commission, as well, a bit of interest for that.

If you would like to purchase one of these kits, they do come in different sizes, and you can buy it from the shop link, which will take 2-3 weeks to arrive, many countries and paypal accepted . Pink Goldfish or I also have 2 of these in the 40x40cm size ready to ship immediately in the US. I've counted the drills, and with paypal, they are ready to go. Please find me on the Facebook link for TurquoiseRoads for details.

I am on most social media with those pages, if you just search. I have a few to change or update. Life has still been crazy, and not in a good way. So I have been pacing myself for increasing shop responsibilities. When I have the Pink Goldfish done, and up here, I will announce some of my plans and start finalizing some links and cross over things.

So, more updates soon!Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-65232087414116984892018-04-26T22:02:00.000-05:002018-05-03T14:35:32.902-05:00Tie Dye Roses Diamond Painting, beads gotta go

So yay, a finish in a decent amount of time! For me, anyway, lol. And it was a little bigger than I remembered, this is 30x48cm. (about 12x19in). I need to be finishing projects a lot faster right now, some things have changed---some related to the online censorship underway. So, I'm starting some real hustle. This is already on Ebay, if it hasn't sold really quickly, I'll get it to Etsy. This is a partial diamond painting, done with round drills.

Next diamond painting is probably a pink goldfish, should arrive any day. I have 2 extra of that kit, I ordered to be able to sell direct. I will quality check that all the drills are there, before sending out or listing elsewhere for sale. This is full square, 40x40cm. Can check out my TurquoiseRoads Facebook page for the details. I also have some round drills that have already arrived, listed on Bonanza. Will be taking requests for more to order, I'll add those a few at a time.

In the meantime, I am growing the website tremendously. Not just diamond paintings, but getting around to listing some more jewelry, makeup, a few more dresses, and even some cellphone bling cases. About as quickly as I can get them listed, in between everything else going on. I'll be able to pace myself to be a little slower, once the summer is in full swing. I'd like to concentrate on more crafting by then.

And the beads, still need to go. A lot of inventory on The Blushin Rose, that really needs to go. I'm trying to add more items to the auction side, but it's not moving fast enough. I have a lot of other items that I want to start listing, and some changes to make. I might put them on sale soon, but not yet. I will not be re ordering, 95% of what's listed, will be gone.

More updates soon!

Yes, finally done. My Siamese Cat in Blue. This is a diamond painting, a partial, the cat except for the eyes, is the only part worked, in round drills. Really glad to have this one done, it's so nice, and I had started it almost a year ago, before things got a little crazy. The Ebay listing is done, if it lasts, it will head to Etsy soon.

Means I get to move on to one that I call Tie Dye Flowers. Another quick partial, I am hoping to have done fast. I would like to take a break and work on a cross stitch after that, in between. But I also have a Pink Goldfish coming, full and square, that I will be itching to start. I need to get a couple other kinds of projects done, though in between.

Not as many as I thought. I finally got all of my personal items back, after being packed and split between places, and some suffered damage. A couple of expensive cross stitch kits, some pixel projects already started, and several large paint by numbers not open, bunch of yarn lost too, water damage. Sigh. I try not to think about that! I will get a few of those replaced, that I can, but I'm sure the originals are old enough, that it will have to be new designs. As I am really happy with the diamond painting, it's still not all that much angst, sorta.

To that end, I think I may also sell off some cross stitch patterns. I have some large HAED ones that I suspect I will not work on. Just reality. I will be converting a few to diamond paintings(and am offering supplies for those that want to do that with patterns), but the reality is those would become massive diamond paintings, even with mid range patterns, and that is probably out of my interest range. Anything past a decent poster size, I don't think I could work on, store or sell easily. Pretty sure those will end up on ebay. Nothing unusual, not ancient, but stuff that needs to go, I think, once I look them over. Those will probably be fixed price listings, as I am in no hurry to be rid of them, and am still looking for about half price. These are the paper charts, I have some pdfs that I am stuck with, and those will be my convert to dp projects for sure.

I don't think I had mentioned that I will be selling off almost all the beads, as well. So check out my ebay items. I'm not ready to post about changes to the business yet, in a concise manner, but it will be very soon. That is one change. I am going to stop selling beads, sooner than I expected. I will keep a handful of the very best sellers, silly not to, but everything else listed as a bead item, needs to go, and will not be restocked. BUT I AM STILL IN FULL SWING FOR BUSINESS. If anything, you may notice a dramatic increase in items. But they will be craft items, kits, supplies, diamond painting supplies and kits, a few women's items, and handcrafted finished work, at a more rapid rate(yay).

If you have been following along for the website for TurquoiseRoads, remember you can find me now on nearly every social media platform. I think I will be opening a Facebook Group, as well, for professional diamond painting buy/sell of kits, supplies and finished art. Not enough hours in the day!

A finish! First of 2018, and first one in quite a while, at least for anything new, not re makes. So this is the Fringed Purple Tulips, a diamond painting. It's a partial, just the flower blooms are done in the raised dots. It's small, 40x30cm, with round drills. It's currently on Ebay not sure it will last long, (will have to see if I can get another one if it does) but I will get it to Etsy then before the end of the month, if it's still up. Fun stuff. Think I will go back to the Siamese cat one that I was working on, it was giving me a little trouble, but ready to work on it again.

So, one thing about these Chinese items, is that they follow a different holiday schedule. And right now, it's the Chinese New Year. And what does that mean? No shipping for 2 weeks from my suppliers from there. Holy cr*p! But it's true. So all this amazing hard work I have been doing lately on my other site, TurquoiseRoads is somewhat for naught, this second. Yikes. I've added a lot of diamond painting kits, working on some sexy dresses, and makeup and such. You can still order, it will just be near the end of the month before anything ships.

Patience in the day of instant everything. Anyway, I should have some more updates and perhaps another finish very soon.

First new start of the year, actually, first work of any crafting of the new year. I got this last year, on ebay, I call it Fringed Purple Tulips, a partial diamond painting. Really love the colors, just the flowers are filled in, in purples. Round drill, 40x30cm. It's a mood lifter, and I am enjoying a little peace and quiet, working on it. Since it's small, hopefully I will have it finished and listed for sale, in the next few days; I'll post an update when it's ready, along with some other updates about business in general.

Life is still tough. I have moved again. Back near where I was, but not the exact part of town, as I couldn't handle doing that. A temporary place, with nearly no distraction. Not sure how long that will be, but at least a few months. I hope to make some real progress in mentally, emotionally, and crafting/business healing. Things are going well in the business sense, just a little tough when I have so many pieces to keep together, alone, and my expenses are so high right now.

But it's a new year. I'm working through it. Hoping that this year brings some smoother sailing as I start to get myself righted.....instead of looking back at how painful(and scary) last year was. Peace to all that are struggling.

Diamond Painting Hot Corvette Car in Desert from my TurquoiseRoads shop. Just one of the many random craft kits and women's items being added. I wish I had more to show for my own progress on the diamond paintings, but I am not able to spread out and get that going right now.

Since I don't have much of any updates, I thought I would put a few plugs out there, as I am quietly still working on my storefronts, etc. A few hiccups with some slower shipping times, which may continue for a short while longer, but otherwise, MOST business as usual.

One of the things not as usual, is my crafting. Not only do I not exactly have the time, but my mental and emotional health is a little frazzled. The past few months have been extremely stressful, and trying to sit and craft, when I feel like there are so many other things to be doing, and frankly, not able to relax, at all.......just not really working. So if anyone has been watching my FB on The Blushin Rose, etc. that's why there have been no updates, and unfortunately, pretty ignored. My interpersonal brightness just isn't around again yet, sorry.

For those watching the ebay things for dropship, the upheaval of the summer, and the storms, put me in a precarious spot, and the ebay storefront is closed, for now, on that. I have slowly been moving them, on relevant items, to The Blushin Rose space on ebay. I have opened an additional Bonanza site, to list all of that inventory, and more, as it moves slower, and there are very little restrictions.

Busy. It's plenty for me to plug away at, moving and sorting items, it's a tedious process to list items from scratch. Real bead, kits, crafts, growth etc, is in a holding pattern until next year sometime, spring at least.

On that note, my personal situation has not resolved, at all. Not sure what I am doing in a new town, so far from where I was. Not getting much assistance anywhere, and can't get settled. So if anyone feels like being nice and letting me have some relief, please feel free to go shop and make some purchases. If you'd simply like to donate a few dollars to the cause, I've used some old links and brand new, to set up a little funding. Paypal and ko-fi have been set up. I will be in some real need until at least mid January minimum.

Blessings, hopefully I have some better news soon.Cindy from Artists for Hirehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02627851491782758023noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423023759684645680.post-63476283270811356832017-09-05T23:12:00.000-05:002018-01-03T09:33:27.054-06:00Golden Lilies Diamond Painting, A Farewell, and New Start

Golden Lilies Diamond Painting. It looks nothing like the picture they advertise, a very striking gold with soft flowers, but eh, it's China. I wasn't expecting a much more dull print, somewhat country, primitive even. Not exactly my style, but it came out well, and I think it would be a nice addition to many environments. This is a small one, almost 22"x12", one of the smallest of this size. I really am going to have to stick with bigger and better! It's been on ebay now for a bit already, I will update etsy pretty soon. I do have another one started(a kitty!), putting these little dots on canvas, is really fun, it goes quicker!

But. It's been a while, since I posted. A long while, longer at least than normal. And I still struggle with even posting, now. Sometime back, I recall posting about.....people, take time to appreciate the ones you have around you. Even when they are sick and struggling. There are no really big problems, usually, especially with someone sick, it's all small stuff, and just one day at a time. Unfortunately, perhaps, my tenure with that is over. I lost one of the best friends I have ever had, earlier in the summer.

That has caused a snowball of more serious problems, for me, as we lived together. With some urgency, I have had to move. So I packed up, with all my stuff, and moved another few states away. I am facing some challenges, with having to do so many things on the fly, so please bear with me, on the business end. I have not even had time to deal with the loss, in having to make so many changes at once, with all my things packed up, and some uncertainties in front of me.

So. A very rough summer. I am hanging in here, for the fall and hopefully an okay XMAS season. Not quite on such a roll as I was, before the world flip flopped. (Somehow, this always happens to me.) I am hoping to be settled, a bit, soon, and maybe get a handle on cranking out some good work, once I get a breather for a minute. Hang tight, everybody.
